Realizing that they have failed, Five uses his time travel powers to take all members of the Umbrella Academy to a different point in time. And even though season 2 of The Umbrella Academy has been confirmed, the whereabouts of the Hargreeves children remain unanswered.

Like other Disney+ shows She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel, Moon Knight will introduce a hero who has yet to be seen in a Marvel movie, but is expected to have roles in future MCU films. It’s unclear if the series will follow the character’s comic backstory, but if so, Moon Knight will follow Marc Spector, the son of a rabbi who is gifted powers by the Egyptian Moon God Khonshu.

The first half of season 6 starred Bloodwork as the main antagonist, a character who is only a few years old. Perhaps more notable was the season 5 debut of Godspeed, a recent powerful speedster from the comics. Godspeed battled Nora West-Allen in his episode. Surprisingly, Godspeed’s portrayal was unimpressive, considering how notable he is in the comics. The character returned at the start of season 6, though this one was a fake. The Godspeed imposter mystery was established, but nothing has been mentioned since then. Viewers have been wondering if the show would focus on the mystery after Crisis on Infinite Earths. It appears fans have their answer.

After fans were given their first tease of Loki via an image of the character in the 1970s, an MCU Disney+ Super Bowl commercial briefly showed Loki sporting a Time Variance Authority jumpsuit. In the comics, the TVA is an organization that monitors the multiverse and subsequent timelines, eliminating those deemed too dangerous. Recently, Owen Wilson was added to the cast of Loki and is rumored to be playing Justice Peace, the head of TVA. Their inclusion in Loki implies the mini-series will have connections to other Disney+ shows and the larger MCU.

Leaked set photos has since revealed the ongoing Morbius reshoots are further beefing up the film’s MCU ties by incorporating additional references to Spider-Man having gone on the run after he was framed for Mysterio’s death in last year’s Far From Home. Uncut Gems, however, was the big winner of the night with three awards: Best Male Lead for Adam Sandler, Best Director Ronald Bronstein and Benny Safdie, and Best Editing. Oscar-favorites were still present, though, and in some cases even won. Marriage Story, for instance, nabbed a Best Screenplay win for Noah Baumbach, but it was a serenade of one of the film’s stars, Laura Dern, that stole the show.

Unlike Suicide Squad, Birds of Prey has received a lot of praise as it currently sits with a Rotten Tomatoes critics score of 80 percent and an audience score of 83 percent. The appreciation it is receiving will likely mean we’ll see another Harley Quinn story down the line, but according to Gunn, the director in charge of Robbie’s next screen outing as Harley, Robbie and he have discussed quite a unique idea for Harley Quinn.

On the stranger side of things, Disney did not submit it as an animated film for either the Golden Globes or the Oscars, possibly because Disney would prefer to classify it as a live-action film much like their 2016 remake of The Jungle Book. However, The Lion King contains no live-action human actors and was put into the animation category without Disney’s prompting.
